Peter J. Sinambal
Current President of the Asian Business Association of Orange County (ABAOC), Peter J. Sinambal, joined the organization in 1995 in hopes of expanding the organization’s mission to bring more business opportunities to Orange County.
During his time with ABAOC, Peter helped organize their first Corporate Advisory Board, a group consisting committed professionals working with major corporations to provide economic growth to its members and the business community. Peter was also involved in organizing the first Procurement Conference in Orange County. An event that brings together senior corporate buyers and senior procurement managers from corporations to network with the Orange County public.
In addition to his work with ABAOC, Peter also served as the President for the Philippine American Certified Public Accountants in Los Angeles and as a Board of Director for the CDC Small Business Finance Corporation. Presently, he is the lead organizer and a founding board director of the multi-ethnic and non-profit business organization, the Orange County Presidents Council. Peter is currently with a CPA firm that performs independent audits of the government’s affordable housing projects and the housing tax credits in California. His priority is to ultimately accelerate the development of business opportunities in Orange County and its neighboring counties through collaborations such as the strong tie ABAOC has with the University of California, Irvine. Peter is a proud father of two sons who are both UC Irvine alumni.
