Michael Crvarich is the Executive Director of the Office of Gift Planning. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant with a Masters of Accounting in Taxation from the University of Southern California. Beginning his public accounting career with Ernst & Young in Long Beach, CA, Michael developed an expertise in family wealth planning over his eight year public accounting career that carried him to the Northwest. In 1999, Michael began to put his financial and tax planning skills to work for the University of Washington, where he served as an Associate Director of Gift Planning for almost seven years.
While in Seattle, Michael earned his Masters of Arts Degree in Pastoral Studies and is a firm believer in integrating a values based approach to financial and philanthropic planning.

Liz Richardson is the Assistant for Office of Gift Planning. Liz comes to UCI with a wealth of experience in program administrative support and development. Her fifteen years of experience with non-profits includes managing a Wheels to Work program in Atlanta, GA and working with the South Carolina Bar Association as the Director of the state’s Lawyer Referral Service. Liz was born and raised in Southern California and returns to her home state with expertise in public relations, marketing and graphic design
