Strategic Organizational & Talent Management
University Advancement staff members are guided by the values of teamwork, initiative and performance. We are optimistic, creative, intellectually curious individuals who are inspired, empowered and enabled to make a difference. To further cultivate this spirit the strategic organizational and talent management (SOTM) team works with staff members and University Advancement management to create programs that help us realize our vision to “Become the Best.” We do this by identifying talent in our community, cultivating and developing professional skills within our organization, and stewarding our staff with concierge-level human relations services.
The talent management function of SOTM was awarded a CASE District VII Silver Medal Award of Excellence in addition to being profiled in March 2008 issue of CURRENTS magazine
